WARRANTY The effectiveness, warranty, and longevity of the equipment are related directly to the manner in which it is installed, used, and/or maintained. This article is sold without warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty or representation is made as to the ability of the equipment to protect against any injury or death. Any implied warranty of merchantability is hereby disclaimed. The user assumes that risk. Sellers liability with respect to this agreement or the goods sold hereunder shall not in any event exceed the price of such goods. Seller shall not incur any liability for consequential damages in connection with this agreement. All equipment should be returned to Be Safe Racing LLC/ TEAMTECH once a year for inspection. In addition, all webbed equipment should be replaced at least every two years. If any equipment has been subjected to a crash during use, it should not be reused until inspected by TEAMTECH. Remember, good installation methods begin with the racer. Do not assume the equipment installation methods as they may vary from car to car. It is recommended that the racer consult with the rule book of the sanctioning body for which he/she races or calls the track safety inspector for assistance.

Purchasing and Billing Disputes
Any disputes with the products or charges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Policy
Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of purchase, and are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the manufacturer. Racing products are not covered by warranty once they have been used. If a product is determined to be defective we will either replace it, or offer a refund. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Custom orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
